Right now we accept bank transfers and UPI. Once payment is made, upload the proof on your dashboard and our team will verify it.
Bookings move to "Confirmed" once we verify your payment proof — typically within one working day. You will receive a confirmation email and the invoice PDF.
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure are eligible for a full refund minus a 5% admin fee. See our Cancellation & Refund policy page for the full schedule.
Travel insurance is not included by default but can be added at checkout for international tours.
Most of our packages are land-only. We can arrange flights on request — just mention it in your enquiry.
Both. Group tours have fixed departure dates with other travellers. Private tours are run only for your party — pricing differs.
